IMPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (KARAWANG)

Major Responsibilities:

Manage accurate import documentation including materials in transit, monitor, control and document the movement of all import materials, ensure delivery of import materials as scheduled, maintain import materials and prepare regular reports as necessary.

Qualification :

Female, max 35 yrs old
S1 degree in Accounting with at least 3 years working experience in Import Administration.
Familiar with Import Regulation, tariff code and custom documents.
Fluent in English
Familiar with MS Office ( Vlookup etc )

Requirements:

Minimum D3 major in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Maker
Minimum 5 Year experience in similar field
Able to operate AutoCAD R2002 & R2006
Able to design dies Stamping
Able to read technical drawing
Able to liaise with customer on tooling design review
Have knowledge of machine tools and process
