CUSTOMER ASSISTANT

Job description:
Acts as technical contact point between Customer/Customer representatives and internal areas, during the order processing, by:
Participating in pre-production meetings, ensuring customer requirements are considered and intervention points agreed/defined.
Reviewing applicable documents (Quality Control plans, Inspection and tests plans, customer specifications, etc.
Day-to-day follow up of order progress and eventual problems arised.
Coordinating final material release and Mill Test Certificate validation when applicable.
Follows-up quality events arised during the order processing.
Participates in the internal investigation of customer dissatisfaction events.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirement:
Have Engineering Background, Mechanical, Industrial or Mettalurgy
Good Communication Skill
Able to work in team
Have working experience in Manufacturing business with minimum 3 years
Work Location: CILEGON

Working together with client's IT team while you're asked to deliver IBM Services Standard that has been agreed between IBM and Client. Great exposure to know the operation of Data Center, and how IBM manages it to keep Client's IT Operation is in great performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from Engineering (Computer) with minimum GPA 3.00/ 4.00
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Required knowledge/ skill (s): Data Center Operation, Basic IT Infrastructure, Windows 2008, Basic Networking
Familiar with Ms. Office application such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Access
Actively communicate in English both speaking and writing
Willing to be placed in IBM Client's Site at Cilegon/ Merak
