Purchasing Staff/Staff Purchasing

Job Responsibilities :
Find suitable supplier based on request from other department
Issue purchase order
Arranging delivery schedule and coordinate with internal
Stock control

Job Requirement :
Female
Age less than 30 years old.
Minimum 2 years experiences working in Manufacture Factory as purchasing field.
Minimum D3/diploma or S1/bachelor from any field.
Discipline, conscientious, honest, responsible and have high initiative.
Have a good negotiation skill and good networking.
Have good knowledge about KB ( Bea Cukai ) documents is advantage.
Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
Strong personality and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Computer literate with good (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point, E-mail).
Proficient communication in English, can speak Japanese is an advantage.
Preferably candidate who live near by Karawang or want to stay around Karawang.

Job Responsibilities :
Prepare invoice, packing list, shipping instruction based on Exim Regulation
Controlling export sales schedule and Input BC.30 / BC.25 documents
Support supervisor

Job Requirement :
Female
Age less than 30 years old.
Minimum D3/diploma or S1/bachelor from any field.
Having experience in administration in term of export and domestic.
Minimum 2 years experiences working in Manufacture Factory as Exim Staff of export and domestic field.
Discipline, conscientious, honest, responsible and have high initiative.
Have good knowledge about BC.30 / BC.25
Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
Strong personality and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Computer literate with good (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point, E-mail).
Proficient communication in English, can speak Japanese is an advantage.
